From his days organising free parties in and around Northwest France during the early 2000s, Oniris has risen the classical way: years of DJing have given him an innate understanding of dancefloor dynamics and a firm crew and label to create with: Astropolis. Since breaking through in 2011, his tracks have rapidly picked up support from all the right corners: Agoria, Laurent Garnier, John Digweed, Marc Romboy and Josh Wink have all lent their support. Having already released some of his finest work on Bedrock and Systematic, its now Ovum's turn to play host to Oniris' latestwork, the Nightwalk EP. Eschewing his penchant for the peak time, Oniris steers away from the euphoric's of previous outings and, whilst retaining his melodic moves, creates a selection of deep, warm and groovy cuts with a spiky electric edge.
