2x12" Downbeat Electronica / Synth led Electro Pop- This is the debut album from hotly tipped Scandanavian artist MO.
The twelve track album includes singles “Pilgrim”, “Waste Of Time” and Diplo collaboration “XXX 88”.
The album finds MØ (pronounced somewhere between "Muh" and the sound a cow makes) ditching shock-rap for more mature but no less immediate electro-pop that explores the swirling confusion of young adulthood. Its sound is one that's equally as indebted to the forward-thinking Scandinavian pop scene she comes from as it is to the sounds of Southern rap and modern bass music. It's the kind of output you'd expect from an artist who's grown up with instant, unlimited access to music from every corner of the globe. This melting-pot approach pervades No Mythologies to Follow, which was produced almost entirely by Ronni Vindahl, a fellow Dane who makes up one-half of No Wav., the production team that includes Robin Hannibal, aka the dude responsible for the sensuous, restrained arrangements found

1. Mo Adeniran, who releases music under the name Mo, is a British singer. He rose to fame after winning the sixth series of The Voice UK, where he won a recording contract with Polydor Records. His debut EP, Globetrotter, was released in 2017.

Mo is the project of Moe Whittemore, an experimental rock producer in the vein of Frank Zappa, who founded the studio 700 West in New Palestine Indiana, and produced several albums between 1972 and 1983. In February 1981 they reached the album top 10 in the Netherlands. They had also succes with the singles 'Nancy', and 'Fred Astaire'. This line-up folded in 1981, but Bieger continued the band with new singer Linda Bloemhard and two other new members. This second line-up released two albums (Ha Ha! The Sound Of Laughing and Stop Staring) and had some success with their concerts, mainly because of the stage personality of singer Bloemhard and the single 'Cheese'. Their single 'Asia' didn't chart in 1984 and the band split in 1985.

Mohamed Abdi Farah is better known as Mo and has lived a life full of big contrasts. As a 7 year old he came to Norway as a refugee from war-torn Somalia. He group up in Hamar and had his breakthrough as an artist after a popular stint on X-Factor in 2010. With two single releases, radio play and performances on several TV programs, Mo’s career was progressing well when terror hit Oslo and Utøya on 22 July 2011. As a participant at the AUF summer camp that year, Mo was personally affected by the events.
