Last FM Information on Ki Creighton

Please note the information is done on a artist keyword match and data is provided by LastFM.
30 years of DJing with no sign of letting up, Ki Creighton continues to smash it. There’s another big anniversary this year: 10 years of his legendary imprint, Under No Illusion Recordings. With label parties planned all over the world, this is going to be one heck of a celebration! As a DJ, he continues to go from strength to strength, playing at the likes of Sub Club, Circus, Warehouse Project, Fabric, Egg, Papagayo, Highest Point festival, Jersey Weekender. He’s also become something of a legend in Cologne, holding down a residency at Living Room having previously spun at the world-famous Heinz Gaul and Reineke Fuchs. Before Ki hit the heights internationally he really earned his stripes, rocking it at venues across the UK including a three-decade residency at legendary Carlisle club night, Uber. At Uber he has played alongside the likes of Roger Sanchez, Hot Since 82, Green Velvet, Eats Everything, David Morales, Danny Tenaglia and of course his old best buddy, Yousef. But it isn’t just about where he plays, it’s how he plays – in fact – it’s how he is. This guy has some serious energy! The moment you meet him you know he absolutely lives and breathes the music… he’d be completely lost without it… and that really comes across in his performances. Total passion, total carnage! Ki is also prolific in the studio and recently had the honour of remixing Byron Stingily and Danny Tenaglia. In the last year he has released on Sola, Nervous, Safe Music, Nulife and his own UNI, receiving support from Marco Carola, Jamie Jones, Carl Cox, Danny Howard, Pete Tong and many more. Pete Tong has been a great champion of his music down the years, to the point that UNI broke a record to become the first label to feature three times on Tongy’s Radio One show! This guy’s certainly going places… and it’s probably a nightclub near you. Read more on Last.fm.
