Joseph Capriati is to release a selection of remixes of his epic 2020 album Metamorfosi. They arrive on limited edition triple vinyl on April 29th on his Redimension Music label, and feature the likes of DJ Stingray, Frank Wiedemann & Toto Chiavetta, Steve Rachmad, Dave Clarke, Carl Cox, Francois K, Masters at Work and more.

Released throughout 2021, this project has brought some of the world's best producers together. It sees them all add their own unique spin to the superb source material by Italian Capriati, who is one of the foremost techno artists on the planet. Each of the artists Joseph called upon for the remixes has shaped his sound in some way. Their influence has loomed large over his career, which on this album found him broadening his palette to take in a wider array of sounds across both the house and techno spectrum.

The triple vinyl pack is an essential addition to the racks of any underground music lover that is packed with highlights. It kicks off with UK techno titan Dave Clarke tackling Joseph Capriati & Eric Kupper ft. Byron Stingily’s ‘Love Changed Me’. Steve Rachmad turns in a version of ‘Psychic Journey’ that is a hypnotic and engaging trip and Francois K brings his masterful electronic dub sound to 'New Horizons.'

Elsewhere Sterac Electronics offer a brilliantly melodic Italo remix of the same tune, Carl Cox goes big with his game on 'Goa' and the likes of Oxia, ANNA, Steve Rachmad, the legendary Master At Work and Mathew Jonson all offer their own original takes. DJ Stingray brings Detroit flavours to his version of 'Physic Journey,' and there is still time for more from from Innervisions staples Frank Wiedemann & Toto Chiavetta and Neapolitan legend Gaetano Parisio

Joseph Capriati first began to approach the world of DJing in 1998 at just the age of 11, with the passion for house and hip hop. From 1999 to 2004, he performs in some clubs in south Italy and plays with various international DJ's growing musically and converted to the music that will totally transform himself: techno! In 2005, Capriati begins his interest in the music production with the desire to create his own music and play it. He began learning the use of music-programs in a recording studio of his friend. Then he bough his first sound card and midi keybord and began to work on his own. In 2006, he becomes a resident DJ of the new "underground" club from his city, "Disco Seven" where he performs with some best DJ's of techno scene and knows the owner of the Globox, who decides to release his tracks on vinyl named "Formaldehyde" with side B entitled "Microbiotik" that will take a great success and will be played by DJ's like Richie Hawtin, Magda, and Paco Osuna. In the end of 2007, Joseph has his debut on Analytic Trail with “C'est la Vie”; with this track Joseph Capriati is strongly one of the most top charts producers of the year. In 2008 his releases on Alex Under’s CMYK with the EP “Giallo Canarino” and run to the “Neapolitan techno school”; with Rino Cerrone the “Orange” EP on Loose Rec. and “Unrilis 002”; with Markantonio “Round Zero” on MKT; with Uto Karem “Agile 02” etc. Also, Joseph together with Markantonio created “Codice Morse” for Alchemy Rec. the label of Mauro Picotto, that was played by the most important artists and included in many collections. Later on, in Analytic Trail the techno hit “Molotov” choiced by Richie Hawtin for first track in his tour set from summer to winter and played like first track too at Love Parade! In February 2009, he releases an EP for the famous label CLR of Chris Liebing with tracks “Login” and “Passworld” that confirms Joseph in the world techno scene. This year has his debut on one of the best and storic label in the world: Drumcode, of the techno pioneer Adam Beyer, with 2 EP’s "DC53" and "53.5". From here starts a new era and new sound influence for Joseph! Are known in his performance in festivals like Awakenings (Holland), Wire (Japan), Nature One (Germany) etc. and in some of the best clubs in the world.
