Mystic is the music nickname of Kostas Vrettakos from Greece. His first contact with electronic music production was at about 2001 when he tried to write down his thoughts alone with a PC, but with poor equipment and a small number of samples Mystiq couldn't does well. His first influences were from Uplifting Melodic Trance as this kind of music was the most popular at that time and an easy way to start as it is a more imaginative music than technical. As the years passed Mystiq created his own style and after a while, he started experiment with many other kinds of electronic music. Today he still use only software for his composes but he has widen the variety of programs and samples. Up to now, Mystiq has produced a variety of tracks from Psychedelic, Uplifting Melodic Trance and Hard Techno tunes, to mainstream sounds of Progressive House and Dance. Read more on Last.fm.
