ROBERT "GOODIE" WHITFIELD was born and raised in Dallas,Texas in 1974 a band called "The Last Band" was born the members where Pat Peterson,(keyborads&Lead Vocals)Jimi Macon(Lead&Rythm Guitar),Bones Jones(Drums&Vocals),Cavin Yarbrough(Organ&Lead Vocals),Victor Widetrack Hill(Bass Guitar,)and Goodie(Lead Vocals,Sax&Flute),rated the Best Funk-Fusion-R&B BAND in Texas from 1974-1976 ,they were Dallas' finest,the band broke up and all the members ended up working at Total Experience Records with the GAP Band Organization as staff musicians and Solo Artist with No.1 Hits and Grammy Award Nominations in 1981-82,and numerous World Tours,this is from my Perspective,there's a lot more...............................Bones Jones Read more on Last.fm.
