Frank Romero is a dancer and singer originates from Huelva in Spain. He left the city where he was born to begin his carreer in Locomía. The legend says that he attended a casting for a TV-program and that he was spotted, and ended strolling the fans. Nowadays, after some times, he started a solo career and released an album called My Personal History, which among others contains a cover version of Gloria Gaynor's I Will Survive. He changed his style but does not disavow his past sucesses : for him becoming a star is having one's own themes, and what is more important, taking one's own decisions : he wants to controls the totality of the creative process. He teamed up with the Spanish Dance producers Pedro Del Moral (pioneer of house and acid in Madrid, who also took part to the team of Rebeldes sin Pausa and stood behind the projects Tridimensional and Además) and David Ferrero, who stood behind projects such as PM Project, to create ASAP. Jordi Sánchez and Miguel Arjona were also part of the group. The group featured Jam-Pol, who appeared not only as singer, but also as composer, writer and co-producer for the tracks Ke No Pare (Don't Stop), Nena Tu Eres La Bomba (Nena You Are The Bomb) and No Cambies (Do Not Change). The female vocalist of ASAP was called Yilena Giusti, a former model. She appeared on tracks such as Imaginate. She released recently a solo single called Cómeme A Besos (Eat Me With Kisses). 1999 : ASAP released a best-of album entitled Grandes Exitos Y Remezclas. Read more on Last.fm.
